LOVE FOR PEACE II · CHRONICLE
An append-only on-chain record

Wars begin.
This record remembers.

Each chronicle marks one major war or turning point of our time. Minting an edition permanently burns LOVE — sent to the dead address, forever. Published records can never be rewritten, not even by the author. Ten editions per event, held by whoever chooses to remember.

"Every war leaves scars. Every love leaves hope."

How minting works

STEP 1 — APPROVE

Allow the contract to take the record's burn amount of LOVE from your wallet. One transaction per record.

STEP 2 — BURN & MINT

Your LOVE is transferred to the dead address and burned. One edition of the record is minted to you in the same transaction.

STEP 3 — HOLD HISTORY

The record's metadata is frozen forever at publication. What you hold today is exactly what it will say in fifty years.

The rules of this record

  • Append-only. New events may be added. Published records shall never be rewritten. Errors, if any, are corrected only by a subsequent erratum record.
  • Frozen at publication. Each record's metadata URI, edition cap, and burn amount are immutable in the contract — the owner's only powers are publishing new records and sealing the book forever.
  • Author mints nothing. All editions are open to the public. Verify on-chain at any time.
  • Sourced. Every record carries its sources and archived snapshots inside its metadata.
  • Don't trust this page — verify. Every frozen metadata URI can be read directly on-chain via Etherscan → Read Contract → chronicleInfo(id) / uri(id). What the contract returns is the record.
